CleanSpace helps you turn photos of your space into cleaning plans, progress checks, and a leaderboard profile.

Information We Collect

• Account details such as email address, username, XP, streak, and leaderboard position.
• Photos you choose to capture or upload so CleanSpace can create and validate cleaning plans.
• Optional profile photo stored by the app for your account experience.

How We Use Information

• To create your account, keep you logged in, and prevent duplicate usernames.
• To analyze room photos, create task lists, validate progress, and calculate rewards.
• To sync XP and leaderboard information across devices.

Third-Party Services

CleanSpace sends selected room and progress photos to the CleanSpace backend for processing. The backend may use OpenAI services for image analysis and Supabase for account and leaderboard storage. API keys are stored on the backend and are not included in the iOS app.

Storage

CleanSpace stores account and leaderboard data on the backend. Room and progress photos are used for analysis and may also be stored locally on your device so you can view your cleaning history in the app.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from the Account screen in the CleanSpace app. Deleting your account removes your backend account and leaderboard profile.
